Privacy Policy

Last updated June 16, 2026.

BrandTreaty ("BrandTreaty," "we," "us") runs the website at brandtreaty.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. In plain words: we collect very little, we don't use tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

BrandTreaty is the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests? Email brandtreaty@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you give us.When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you answer the optional one-tap question about what worries you most, we collect that choice. That's it — at this stage we don't ask for your name, payment details, or anything else.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how the site is doing — pages viewed, rough region, device type, and which link or campaign sent you here. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity. We do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and tracking

We do notuse advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party ad trackers on this site. Because our analytics are cookieless, there is no cookie banner to click through. If we add tools that use cookies in the future (for example, when the full product launches), we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

How we use your information

  • To run the waitlist and tell you when early access opens.
  • To email you about BrandTreaty's launch and early-access offer. We will only email you about that, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which channels bring people to the site so we can improve it.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (for the waitlist email) and our legitimate interests in running and improving a privacy-friendly website (for aggregate, cookieless analytics).

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only so they can do that job:

  • Resend — stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined under California law (CCPA/CPRA), and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Our plan is a flat subscription and we never take a cut of your deals, so we have no incentive to do otherwise.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can email brandtreaty@gmail.comto see what we have, correct it, delete it, or unsubscribe — and we'll take care of it.

EEA / UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of it (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until we decide not to launch — whichever comes first. Ask us to delete it any time and we will.

Security

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and held by reputable providers. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect the little we collect.

International transfers

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

BrandTreaty isn't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above. When the full product launches and we begin handling more data (such as accounts, payments, or contract files), we'll expand this policy and, where needed, ask for your consent.
